Fleischer Goff

About the Author

Brian Goff and Arthur Fleisher III both received their Ph.D.s in economics from George Mason University. They are the authors (with R. D. Tollison) of The NCAA (Chicago, 1992). Brian Goff teaches at Western Kentucky University and is author of Regulation and Macroeconomic Performance (Kluwer, 1996).

Arthur Fleisher teaches at Metro State College in Denver, Colorado.
